A note you send is held so we can answer it. The note stays private. Nobody buys a note from this practice.

Who this is from

This page is public. The notes you send are not. Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Questions about a note you sent can go to the phone number in the footer.

This page explains what the site collects, why it is held, and how to ask for it to be removed. It is written for a person, not for a checklist on a wall.

What you give us

If you use a form, you give a name, a phone number, and whatever you wrote about the month. An email is optional on the longer form. Do not send account numbers, full tax identifiers, or a copy of a return through the form. A sentence is enough. Documents belong in a scope, after we have agreed to look at them.

If you book a time, the calendar provider receives the details that booking page asks for. We see the time and the name. We do not see your books because you picked a time.

If you phone, you give whatever you say. We write down what we need to reply. We do not record a call as a habit of this page.

What is collected automatically

A page view can record a rough technical trace so we know the site is up. That trace is not a profile of your business. If your browser sends a do not track signal, the small site beacon stands down. Ordinary server logs can still exist, the way any site keeps them, and they are not used to sell anything.

The chat chip, if you open it, is a conversation you start. It is not a scan of your books. Do not paste secrets into it. Ask the question in ordinary words and we will tell you if we need a document later, under a scope.

Why we hold it, and what we never do with it

We hold a note so we can answer it. We hold it so we can tell you if we can help. We do not sell notes. We do not trade them to a list. We do not use them as examples on this site. Client figures never appear in the writing here. If a sentence would only be true because of your file, it does not get published.

A payment provider, a calendar provider, or a payroll provider you choose is a different relationship, with its own terms. This page covers the notes that arrive through this site.

How long, and how to have it removed

A note that never becomes an engagement is kept only as long as we need it to finish the reply and to meet ordinary record habits, and then it is deleted or reduced to a line that says we spoke. An engagement keeps records for the period the work requires. You can ask what we still have. Phone the footer number and name the note.

If you want a note removed and there is no legal reason to keep it, we remove it. If a return was filed, some records stay because the filing requires them. We will tell you which is which instead of pretending both answers are the same.

Changes

If this page changes, the new version replaces it on this address. The date you see is the date of the page you are reading. We do not bury a change in a footnote. A shorter promise would be easier to write and worse to live under, so this is the long version on purpose.

The month you can name

Tell us the trade and the last month the bank already agrees with.
