CPA Experts McAllen AlternativeCPA McAllen, who keeps the month
You get one person on the monthly close, the payroll setup, and the return built from those months.
Meet the work
What you get in the first month
You get one practice on the monthly work. Steven Palmieri, a Tax CFO and the Entrepreneur's CFO, keeps the books with you, sets up payroll, prepares statements that are not an assurance report, and prepares the return. That is the work. You talk to one person about all three.
A Saturday batch from a produce stand and a Saturday batch from a clinic both wait on the same close day. The categories differ. The day does not.
You are not hiring a crowd. You are talking to this practice. The month is read with you. A return from us uses only months already tied to the bank, and an untied month stays off until the tie is done. Call in July and someone still picks up, since the monthly close kept going after April.
How a call actually goes
You tell us the trade, the last month you trust, and whether anyone is paid. That is enough to know if we can help. We do not need a finished archive before the first conversation. If a notice is the reason you wrote, bring the notice. If the reason is a year that feels soft, say which month went soft.
Money does not change hands because a form was filled in. A scope is signed when both sides know the work. Until then the note is only a note. The privacy page says how long that kind of note is held.
The town took the nickname the City of Palms by 1940, and the pride in that name is easy to share from our own part of the state. You can love the palms. We still close the books on the day we named.
A video call is the whole visit. You stay with the shop. We stay with the books. Owners in McAllen tell us about the heat, a weekend crowd, or a notice, and we answer with the month. We never talk as if we kept a room on the same block.
The past, the present, and the year ahead
The past is whatever is still open. We name it. A card from spring, a loan that was booked twice, a sales tax payment sitting in the wrong account. Cleaning that up is ordinary work, and it is slower when it is left until the return.
The present is the month in front of you. The chart of accounts stays put so a produce season this year can be read beside the same season next year. The chart is built around how you really make money, then left alone. A new account every week makes a report nobody can read.
The year ahead is decided while the months are still open. Estimated payments, a retirement contribution, the timing of a truck, the question of whether owner pay is a draw or wages. We talk about those while a change still matters. March is a poor time to discover October.
What you can read next
The boundary on signed reports is on its own page, because it deserves a straight answer and not a footnote. Sales tax and the school districts are on another page, with the rates the Comptroller publishes. Room nights and the city hotel tax are on theirs. The river, the bridges, and the foreign trade zone are on theirs.
If you only wanted to know who answers, you have it. Steven Palmieri, with us, in the Tax CFO role. Call the phone at the bottom of the page. That line reaches this practice.
